Emílio Carlos Gongorra Castilho
Known as Cigarreira, Emílio Carlos Gongorra Castilho is a member of the Primeiro Comando da Capital (PCC), a notorious criminal organization in Brazil. He has recently been implicated as a suspect in the murder of Vinícius Gritzbach, a PCC informant, and was sighted in the Complexo da Penha, a stronghold for rival gang Comando Vermelho, following the crime.
