Emilio Mitre

Emilio Mitre was an Argentine general and military leader during the Paraguayan War, who commanded troops alongside his brother Bartolomé Mitre; he was involved in the ill-fated assault at the Battle of Curupayty, which turned into a disastrous defeat for the allied forces.
