Emilio Olvera Andrade

Emilio Olvera Andrade is a candidate for the Movimiento Ciudadano (MC) party in the Poza Rica mayoral election. He is currently involved in a heated political battle with the Morena party, as he and his supporters allege that they are being denied their rightful victory in the municipal election recount.
