Emily Connell

Emily Connell is the owner of Chalk and Easel, a lifestyle and craft shop in Ballinspittle, Co Cork. After completing a master's degree in art therapy, she opened her shop in 2016, where she focuses on selling products that enhance people's lives while being environmentally conscious. Connell has built a loyal customer base, with many returning annually for their Christmas shopping, although she faces challenges from larger retailers and economic pressures.
