Emma Rossi
Emma Rossi is an Italian author known for her influential work in social welfare, particularly in the area of child care and education for disadvantaged youth. She is the founder of a family house and a psychomotor education center for children and adolescents who lack adequate family support or have disabilities. Her book, published in 1981, details the inception of these vital services, which laid the groundwork for the current Minors Service of the Istituto per la Sicurezza Sociale in San Marino, where she served as a long-time director.
