Emmanual Jaclot

Emmanual Jaclot is the executive vice-president and head of infrastructure at the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec, one of Canada's largest pension funds. He has recently been in the news for leading the Caisse's acquisition of a 49.9% stake in Telus's cellphone tower network, a deal valued at $1.26 billion aimed at capitalizing on the growth of cellular data usage and the evolving telecom infrastructure landscape.
