Emmanuel Bonneau

Emmanuel Bonneau is the Ambassador of France to Mauritania. He participated in the third session of the General Assembly of the Seeds of Citizenship program, which aims to encourage dialogue between Mauritanian civil society and public institutions, highlighting the importance of youth inclusion through vocational training.
