Emmanuel Daniel Joof is the Chairman of the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) in The Gambia. He is dedicated to promoting and protecting human rights within the country, and he has been actively involved in enhancing civic education, particularly among youth. Recently, he played a key role in the presentation of educational materials aimed at instilling civic responsibility and human rights awareness in Upper Basic School students.
