Emmanuel Dawood Mensah

Emmanuel Dawood Mensah is the Central Regional Director of the National Disaster Management Organisation (NADMO) in Ghana. He played a pivotal role in the recent rescue operation of 71 fishermen who were attacked by pirates off the Central Region coast.
