Emmanuel Nangah Akongnwi

Emmanuel Nangah Akongnwi is a truck driver whose actions were linked to a fatal traffic accident in Ebombe, Cameroon, on April 9, 2025, resulting in the death of four individuals and injuries to fourteen others. Following inquiries, Transport Minister Jean Ernest Massena Ngalle Bibehe determined that Akongnwi's inappropriate and unmarked parking contributed to the incident, leading to significant sanctions against him and his employer.
