Emmanuel Ononokpono

Emmanuel Ononokpono is the Acting Director of Media and Public Relations at the National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA) in Nigeria. Recently, he was in the news for announcing the NHIA's new directive mandating that Health Management Organisations approve treatment requests within one hour to improve healthcare access and reduce delays for patients.
