Emmanuel Pesne

Emmanuel Pesne is the French Ambassador to Mauritania, actively engaged in fostering educational collaborations between France and Mauritania. Recently, he signed an agreement with the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Yakoub Ould Amine, to establish and support the National Center for University Pedagogy in Mauritania, aimed at enhancing the professional skills of university teachers and integrating modern educational technologies.
