Emmanuel Yihya Mashulam

Emmanuel Yihya Mashulam was a renowned mohel from Rehovot, Israel, who passed away at the age of 88 after collapsing during a brit milah ceremony. He served as a lieutenant colonel in the reserves and worked as a bank manager, but he is best remembered for his dedication to performing thousands of circumcisions free of charge, a tradition he upheld for over four decades. His selfless service earned him the admiration of the community, as he consistently redirected any donations he received to a synagogue he established in honor of his father.
