Ene Järvis

Ene Järvis (1947–2025) was a renowned Estonian actress known for her extensive work in theater, film, and television. After graduating from the Tallinn State Conservatory in 1970, she spent nearly four decades performing at the Tallinn City Theatre, where she became a beloved figure in the Estonian performing arts scene. Järvis played significant roles in numerous notable films including 'Keskea rõõmud' and 'Klassikokkutulek,' as well as popular television series such as 'Õnne 13' and 'Süvahavva.' She was particularly recognized for her portrayal of Karu Kati in the children's show 'Mõmmi ja aabits.' Järvis's career was marked by her passion for acting, which she pursued despite initial doubts about her career choice.
