Engler

Engler is a former member of the Uruguayan leftist guerrilla group, the Movimiento de Liberación Nacional - Tupamaros (MLN-T). He has been in the news recently for admitting his responsibility in the execution of Pascasio Báez, who was killed due to fears that he could reveal the location of a significant guerrilla hideout known as Caraguatá.
