Enma Rosaura Benavides Vargas

Enma Rosaura Benavides Vargas is a Peruvian judge who recently regained her position as president of the Décima Sala Penal de Apelaciones de Lima after the annulment of her previous dismissal by the Junta Nacional de Justicia.
