
Enric Anglada Fors
Enric Anglada Fors has been appointed as the president of the Tribunal de Corts, marking a significant milestone in his nearly five-decade career in the judicial system of both Andorra and Spain. He has served as a magistrate since 1995 and has been the vice president of the court since 2005. Anglada is recognized for his solid legal training and contributions to civil and family law, notably pioneering shared custody arrangements. His experience also includes serving as a magistrate in the civil and criminal chamber of the Superior Court of Justice of Catalonia until his retirement in Spain, as well as preparing candidates for judicial and prosecutorial careers from 1983 to 2005.
