Enrique Horcasitas

Enrique Horcasitas is a former director of the Metro Project in Mexico City, recognized for his role in overseeing the construction of the controversial Line 12 of the Metro. He has been implicated in the legal proceedings following the tragic collapse of a section of the line in May 2021, which resulted in the deaths of 26 individuals. Currently, he is involved in an ongoing legal battle where an amparo has been filed to challenge the charges against him and other officials.
