Enzo Mannarini

Enzo Mannarini is the president of the Asociación Paraguaya de Productores de Cerdos (APPC), where he advocates for the growth of the Paraguayan pork industry. Recently, he highlighted the significant increase in pork exports from Paraguay, attributing this growth to rising consumer demand and urging for greater production capacity among smaller producers. Mannarini is also involved in the '100 granjas' project, aimed at formalizing small producers through financing and technical assistance, thereby creating rural employment and enhancing export potential.
