Ephrem Modeste Ky

Ephrem Modeste Ky is the director of the Maison d’arrêt et de correction de Bobo-Dioulasso (MACB) and a key figure in the implementation of educational programs for inmates. He is dedicated to improving the conditions of incarceration and believes that vocational training reduces recidivism by providing inmates with skills that facilitate their reintegration into society.
