Eran Ofir

Eran Ofir is an Israeli military officer who has served for over 20 years in various capacities, most notably as the head of the Border Management Authority. He played a key role in the construction of security barriers along Israel's borders, including the Gaza barrier, prior to the significant security breach on October 7. Recently promoted to the rank of Major General, Ofir has been recognized for his contributions to Israel's border security, including pioneering projects aimed at fortifying the nation's defenses against threats.
