Eric Fassbind is a Swiss hotelier and entrepreneur, born in Lausanne, known for his innovative approach to hospitality. He owns several three- and four-star hotels in Western and Central Switzerland, including the recently opened Swiss Chocolate Hotel in Zurich. Fassbind is currently making headlines for his plans to transform the historic Alba cinema in Zurich into a unique hotel featuring sleep capsules, inspired by a similar concept he experienced in Iceland.
