Erick Neftalí Medina García

Erick Neftalí Medina García, a 34-year-old Mexican national, was captured in Guatemala and is wanted by the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York for conspiracy to import cocaine. He is believed to be a key figure in a Mexican-based organization involved in the international cocaine trade, which has been active in transporting large quantities of the drug to the U.S. since at least 2025.
