Erick Tanjung

Erick Tanjung is the coordinator of the Journalist Safety Committee (Komite Keselamatan Jurnalis, KKJ) in Indonesia. He has been actively involved in advocating for the rights and safety of journalists in the country, especially in cases where journalists face threats or violence. Recently, he was in the news regarding the suspicious death of journalist Situr Wijaya, as he expressed concerns raised by the victim's family about potential foul play and the need for thorough investigations to determine if the death was related to Situr's journalistic work.
