Erik Esousse

Erik Esousse is the Director General of Elections Cameroon (Elecam), an organization responsible for managing and overseeing electoral processes in Cameroon. Recently, he has been in the news due to a court case involving the Mouvement pour la Renaissance du Cameroun (MRC), which sought to compel him to publish the national electoral list. However, the Court of Appeal declared itself incompetent to force Elecam to release this information, siding with Elecam's legal counsel and emphasizing that such matters fall under the jurisdiction of administrative courts.
