Erika Oyane

Erika Oyane is the project leader of Brainforest, an NGO dedicated to environmental conservation in Gabon. Recently, she has been prominent in advocating for the involvement of civil society and local communities in Gabon's energy transition, which aims to reduce reliance on fossil fuels and promote renewable energy sources. Under her leadership, Brainforest launched a project aimed at enhancing knowledge among stakeholders in the context of Gabon's commitments to international climate agreements, including the Paris Agreement.
