Erkan Ozmen

Erkan Ozmen is a Turkish national who was recently sentenced to three years in prison for money laundering by the Higher Court in Podgorica. He was found guilty of engaging in prolonged criminal activities involving the purchase of luxury vehicles and real estate in Montenegro with funds of unknown origin, attempting to legitimize illegally obtained assets. In addition to his prison sentence, Ozmen had property worth approximately 1.2 million euros confiscated, including high-end cars and real estate, and has been ordered to pay a fine reflecting the illicit gains. He faces further legal issues abroad related to similar crimes.
