Erlan Karbaev

Erlan Karbaev is the chairman of the homeowners' association (OСИ) at the residential complex 'Stepnoy 2' in Astana, Kazakhstan. Since moving into the complex in 2012, he has been actively involved in addressing numerous issues related to the building's construction defects and maintenance. His leadership has been particularly highlighted in the ongoing conflict regarding the illegal occupation of technical floors by former employees of the management company, where he advocates for the rights of the residents and the proper use of communal property.
