Erlan Koishybaev

Erlan Koishybaev is a prominent Kazakh businessman currently serving as the acting head of Kazakhstan Temir Zholy (KTZ), the national railway company, following the appointment of Nurlan Sauranbaev as Minister of Transport. He has held various positions within KTZ since 2023, focusing on logistics.
