Erland García

Erland García, known as 'el Colla', is a significant figure in Bolivia's underworld, acting as the right-hand man to notorious drug trafficker Sebastián Marset. He has been linked to organized crime, particularly in connection with violent incidents, including the assassination of Captain José Carlos Aldunate Meneses, a police officer killed in February 2023. García is believed to have orchestrated the hit on Aldunate, utilizing hired gunmen for the job, yet he remains at large despite being identified as a key suspect in the case.
