Ernesto Williams

Ernesto Williams is the president of the Bahamas Union of Auxiliary Professionals in Education (BUAPE) and has been a vocal advocate for the rights and well-being of faculty and staff at the Bahamas Technical and Vocational Institute (BTVI). Recently, he led a protest against BTVI President Dr. Linda Davis, accusing her of fostering a toxic work environment, neglecting union engagement, and delaying essential employee compensations. Williams has been instrumental in articulating the union's grievances and calling for leadership changes at BTVI to promote a more collaborative and supportive workplace.
