Ernst Jean-Joseph

Ernst Jean-Joseph is a former Haitian footballer known for being the first player to test positive for doping at a World Cup during the 1974 tournament in Germany. After testing positive for efedrina, he claimed it was due to asthma medication. Despite the positive test, he was not sanctioned by FIFA but faced repercussions from the Haitian government, which forcibly returned him to Haiti for questioning.
