Esmer Ličina

Esmer Ličina is a deputy in the municipality of Bijelo Polje, Montenegro. He recently represented the absent Ljubomir Sošić at a local parliament session, where he read Sošić's responses to inquiries about the controversial land allocation to A2 Studio.
