Estefan Arango

Estefan Arango is a Venezuelan survivor of the tragic fire that occurred at a migrant detention center in Ciudad Juárez on March 27, 2023, which resulted in the deaths of 40 migrants. In the aftermath, he publicly expressed his feelings about the delayed and forced apology offered by Francisco Garduño, the former head of Mexico's National Migration Institute. Despite his discontent with the apology, Arango displayed a message of forgiveness and resilience, encouraging fellow survivors to continue their fight for justice.
