Estela Chichava Maússe

Estela Chichava Maússe is the director of the Escola de Pesca da Matola, the only fishing school in Mozambique, where she advocates for the improvement of educational facilities to enhance the learning experience of over 180 students annually. Recently, she was in the news for announcing a rehabilitation project funded by the Japanese government aimed at modernizing the school's workshops and infrastructure.
