Esthela Siso

Esthela Siso has been a pivotal member of El Sistema since 1998, currently serving as the coordinator of Programming. She began her journey as a receptionist and has since climbed the ranks, playing a vital role in organizing daily activities for musicians. Siso takes pride in her work, ensuring that the logistical needs of the organization are met, and she values her long-standing connection to the vision established by the late José Antonio Abreu.
