Esther Chesire

Esther Chesire was a student at Makerere University in the 1970s and became a victim of the widespread human rights abuses in Uganda during Idi Amin's regime. She was abducted by security forces, and her disappearance highlights the tragic legacy of that era, as her whereabouts have never been traced.
