Eti Harmel

Eti Harmel is a teacher and coordinator at Beit Avi School in Even Yehuda. Having struggled with academic challenges in her youth, she is passionate about ensuring that no child feels invisible in her classroom. Over the past 20 years, Harmel has dedicated herself to creating a nurturing environment where all students can thrive. She initiated a project called 'Wings' to help less visible students discover their strengths, and she has been a constant support for her students, especially during difficult times.
