Etienne Eyadéma

Etienne Eyadéma was the President of Togo from 1967 until his death in 2005, known for his authoritarian regime and significant influence in West African politics. He was one of the many prominent figures who fell victim to Donatien Koagne's elaborate scams during the 1990s, reportedly losing millions in the process.
