Etmour Williams is the owner of Tastematic Kitchen, a pop-up restaurant in the capital that focuses on authentic Jamaican flavors and comfort food. With over a decade of culinary experience, he transitioned from catering for friends and family to launching his own business inspired by encouragement from his friend, Audrey Allwood. Williams emphasizes the use of fresh herbs and spices in his cooking, a skill he attributes to his Rastafarian upbringing. In addition to his culinary ventures, he works as a commercial and customer relationship manager at Hyundai and is dedicated to integrating health-focused meal options into his offerings.
