Etzer Emile

Etzer Emile is the president of the association of former Taiwan scholarship recipients in Haiti, actively involved in promoting educational opportunities and fostering connections between Haiti and Taiwan. He was recently in the news for participating in the ceremony where certificates were awarded to 47 Haitian students who received scholarships from the Taiwanese government for the academic year 2025-2026.
