Eugene Gousetis

Eugene Gousetis is a pediatric hematologist-oncologist and the head of the Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation Unit in Greece. He has played a significant role in the establishment of the Center for Cell and Gene Therapy, which focuses on innovative precision medicine for children and adolescents with resistant cancers. His work has led to successful treatments using genetically modified T-cells, significantly impacting the lives of young patients.
