Eugenia Liubomeiscaia

Eugenia Liubomeiscaia has been appointed as the interim chief architect of Chișinău, Moldova, bringing with her nearly 40 years of experience in architecture and urban planning. Prior to her recent appointment, she led the Project Authorization Department within the General Directorate of Architecture, Urbanism, and Land Relations. Her leadership comes at a pivotal time for the municipality as it navigates changes in its administrative structure, particularly following the appointment of Svetlana Dogotaru as deputy mayor.
