Eugenio Vargas Perdomo

Eugenio Vargas Perdomo, also known as Carlos Bolas, is a former administrator for the FARC in Colombia, recognized for his role in the drug trade. He was arrested in Suriname in 2002 and subsequently extradited to the United States, where he became a key figure in the prosecution of drug trafficking operations linked to major traffickers like Fernandinho Beira-Mar.
