EV Onumajoro

Major General EV Onumajoro is a senior officer in the Nigerian Army, currently serving as the Chief of Defence Operations at the Nigeria Defence Headquarters. He has been recognized for his leadership role in military operations and is instrumental in overseeing initiatives aimed at combating banditry and insurgency in Nigeria. Recently, he was in the news for his involvement in the launch of 'Operation Safe Corridor' in Zamfara State, which focuses on the disarmament, deradicalization, and reintegration of repentant bandits back into society.
