Evelyn Liivamägi

Evelyn Liivamägi is the Deputy Secretary General for Financial and Tax Policy at the Ministry of Finance in Estonia. She has been involved in the development and implementation of tax policies and financial regulations in the country. Recently, she has been in the news for clarifying that the annual vehicle tax in Estonia is payable by the owner of the vehicle as of January 1st, regardless of any subsequent sales.
