Evelyn Martínez

Evelyn Martínez is a representative of the Asociación de Pacientes Renales de El Salvador (Apredesa) and an advocate for kidney patients' rights. Recently, she participated in a forum organized by the Coordinadora Nacional para la Defensa de la Salud del Pueblo Salvadoreño (CONADESA) to address the deteriorating health care situation in El Salvador, highlighting the long waiting times for consultations and the lack of nephrologists available to treat patients with renal issues.
