Ever Duarte

Ever Duarte is the director of the Hospital Regional del Instituto de Previsión Social (IPS) in Encarnación, Paraguay. Recently, he engaged with members of the Asociación de Asegurados who were protesting against inadequate healthcare services at the institution. Duarte has been actively addressing the shortcomings in service delivery, including the availability of essential medications and medical supplies, and has reported improvements in medication stock levels for patients with chronic conditions. He is also involved in efforts to replenish the hospital's medical staff following significant resignations and retirements.
