Evgeniya Khasis
Evgeniya Khasis is a Russian woman who was convicted for her involvement in the 2009 murders of human rights lawyer Stanislav Markelov and journalist Anastasia Baburova in Moscow. She was sentenced to 18 years in prison for her role in the crime, which was associated with her extremist beliefs and association with the nationalist group BORN.
