Evgeny Kazantsev

Evgeny Kazantsev is a Belarusian academic and historian born on September 5, 1991, in Minsk. He studied at the Belarusian State University and the Republican Institute of Higher Education, earning a master's degree in historical sciences. Kazantsev gained attention in 2014 when he was featured in a segment on STV for creating coats of arms for all districts of Minsk. Recently, he made headlines after an incident in Warsaw where he attacked Belarusian politician Pavel Latushko, claiming that he was frustrated over his expired visa and hoped it would facilitate his return to Belarus.
